COURSE DESCRIPTION: THE SCRUM MASTER TRAINING
In a Scrum, there are two quite similar roles: the Scrum Master and the Product Owner; both are crucial for the success of projects.
In this course, you will learn everything that is important about the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master. You will gain an understanding of what the role of the Scrum Master entails and receive information about the so-called “Scrum Speak,” as well as insights into plannings and reviews.
Furthermore, the focus is on teams, how they need to work, who the team members are, and conflicts within the team. The course also covers the important elements in this context, known as “artifacts,” “events,” and “ceremonies.
In the Scrum Master training, you will also receive information about timeslots, values, and practices in the agile environment. You will gain experience in the transformation from traditional to agile work.
Requirements for the Scrum Master Training
I recommend attending the Scrum Master Foundation course successfully beforehand (you can also find this in my course offerings)

So, you are well-equipped to take on the role of the Scrum Master.
Location, Duration & Language of the Scrum Master Training
The course can take place remotely (online) or on-site. For the on-site option, there are two possibilities. Most often, these sessions are conducted in-house (I come to your location), but companies can also come to my location.
The course lasts a total of two days but can be extended to three days. In this case, along with the Scrum Master certificate, you will also receive the Product Owner certificate. This is possible because the basics (roles, events, responsibilities) of the Scrum Master and the Product Owner are quite similar. The specific aspects of the Product Owner will be addressed on the third day.
The courses can take place in German, English, and Serbian.

At the end of the course, to obtain the certification, there is a multiple-choice exam that can be taken immediately afterward.
