How can you imagine a workshop?
Basically, the teams work together to present a challenge or a special topic.
The first step is to develop your own perspective. This is followed by the development of a common understanding. The exchange with the other participants, the creative work, the simplification of large or complex topics, helps to find new solutions and ways forward. These are discussed and broken down to such an extent that the transfer to the real world is facilitated.
Working with clamping blocks is highly effective and usually leads to very convincing results.
