In this training you will learn to take on the role of SAFe® Scrum Master in a Lean-Agile organization. You will develop the ability to build and lead agile teams to create significant business value.

The SAFe® Scrum Master training provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the tasks of a Scrum Master within a SAFe® organization. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, this course emphasizes the expanded responsibilities of the Scrum Master in a scaled environment. You will be prepared to plan iterations and goals for Planning Intervals (PI) with your team and to finalize them in the Agile Release Train (ART). The essential aspects of agile development are covered and how these can be adapted to the needs of large organizations.

You will learn how to moderate agile events such as iteration planning, team synchronization and iteration retrospectives. You will also learn how to support teams in organizing their work with the help of SAFe® Scrum and SAFe® Kanban. The course will show you how to be an inspiring leader and coach to foster high performing, engaged and continuously improving teams in your organization.
