Scrum is an agile process model that is used for both product management and project management in development projects. It has established itself as an effective method for team collaboration as it offers a lean and agile approach. Scrum focuses on key aspects of modern project management: flexibility, dynamism and daily meetings to coordinate the tasks of team members.

The Agile Scrum Foundation course provides you with a comprehensive overview of the Scrum framework, the various roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner and Team), the Scrum events and meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective) and the Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Transparency). The course optimally prepares you for the internationally recognized Agile Scrum Foundation exam.

Course content:

● Other agile methods (Extreme Programming XP, DSDM, DevOps, Crystal Methodologies, LeSS, SAFe and Kanban)

● Key roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner and development team)
